AdvancedMD EHR and EMR Software

They worked on me for months to switch to their Revenue Cycle Management. (RCM) It was revenue cycle MISMANAGEMENT. They were absolutely incompetent and liars. They listed our practice's Medicare billing profile as NOT in the USA. So all of the Medicare claims and Medicare advantage plans were not going though, not to mention a Kaiser billing issue as well. After many frustrating phone calls over a few months, the situation was becoming dire with no revenues besides copay and deductibles that were being collected coming in, finally one of their employees looked to see how things were set up and noticed the Medicare billing profile was not set up for the USA. I understood that all patient balances over 120 days would be written off, but I had one specific payer that had to go to higher level appeals, they assured me they had billing specialist who would take care of it. This one payer was the only outlier. I feel I was intentionally misled that they would handle this because it was the one condition of my switch. This has been a horrible experience. DO NOT put your practice through this.

I can not recommend employment with advancedmd. There HR department is disorganized and unprofessional. My onboarding was handled very poorly. I worked in the RCM department. They don’t care much about their customers. I often heard we hope this client leaves. The director of the department is not a people person and doesn’t know how to effective talk to employees.

This company has been one of the worst I have ever encountered! Their own staff are completing their google reviews. They are fraudulent in their sales and don't show up for the trainings and when they do are not prepared. Their supervisors and collections team have been harassing us to pay a contract termination fee for a year. The software is outdated and to be functional you have to pay for upgrades with fees that are absurd. I've never left a negative review but this company needs serious accountability. Beware!

Hideous company. At first they sound adorable with what they will offer but then they have a 2nd and 3rd person calling for their "supposed training" and they are way aggressive, pushy, rude etc. They won' t cancel a contract that has never started to begin with. No service has started. The" Supposed" training was only an hour and they want a "buyout" of $1600.00 . Little do they know I am talking to an awesome best friend/ awesome litigation lawyer today. Do NOT try to do business with them! Misleading and liars is what they are!
