The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved updates to the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) State Medicaid HIT Plan.
The SMHP describes SCDHHS’ current and future health IT activities in support of the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program, and includes important information related to the S.C. Medicaid EHR Incentive Program. The SMHP Version 4.2 is now available on this Web site on the South Carolina HIT Plans page.
