Computerized Patient Record (CPR):

A computerized patient record may be casually used as meaning the same thing as an Electronic Medical record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR). However, CPR is technically a single patient’s clinical data stored in a computer.

EMR and EHR are also terms that are casually used interchangeably. Officially, however, there are some differences between EMR and EHR.

Do you still need to find an electronic medical record (EMR) software for your practice? The quality and work flow of your practice depend on your making the right selection, as does your ability to collect payments from the U.S. government.
