Ragweed running rampant in Austin due to recent weather
The weather over the next week may mean misery for some Central Texans, due to ragweed pollen.
We've already seen it get into the high count several times in Austin this month and allergists predict it's about to get worse.
Plants left to grow wild like those in Bull Creek Park are double their normal size.
"This one must be 18 feet tall back here," described Dr. Bill Howland of the Allergy and Asthma Center of Austin.
