Friday, Oct. 6
11th Go Pink! Health Fair at Bayhealth Cancer Institute. 10 a.m.-3 p.m. 540 S. Queen St., Free clinical breast exams, cancer screenings and treatment and survivorship programs .Proceeds benefit screenings and education programs available through the institute and the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition. Dewey Goes Pink. 111 a.m. race. 7th annual 5K sponsored by Starboard owner Steve Montgomery and friend Adam Howard, whose mothers were diagnosed with breast cancer at the same time. Runners wear all kinds of fun pink outfits and costumes. $40. Details at deweygoespink.com

My Sister’s Keeper: A Free Program For Breast Cancer Survivors of Color. 5-6:30 p.m. Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition Dover Office, 165 Commerce Way, Suite 2. Twin sisters and breast cancer survivors Natasha Simms and Lynette Shannon will host a support group for women of color.
