I have heart failure and i went in for shortness of breath and they sent me home with the same shortness of breath and gave me prescriptions that i couldn't fill until the next day but i atill couldn't breathe sleeping and thats what i went to get treated for

Literally never had a better experience with an emergency room. Parking sucks though..

St. Francis ER has done so much for myself and my family time and time again. Due to my unexplained Tachycardia and other illnesses I am never expected to wait more than the time it takes to check-in. The RN's and doctors are all very welcoming, kind and easy to get along with - making my fear of ER's blanketed with hope. They always listen to my concerns, my symptoms and go over My Chart with me every single visit. Their is a doctor on the heart wing that is so loving to me, inspires me to listen to my body more and take care of myself properly. As an ex self-harmer never once did I feel judged or pushed to tell them all the "details" after telling them all ONE time. It is on my chart, they respect it all. My mother and father as well as my three sisters have been coming to this ER and St. Francis doctors, etc. for 17 years now. They are kind people, educated doctors and such amazing souls all in all. I am being genuine when I say, you are safe in their hands.

Both of my in laws have recently been in the Emergency room. Wonderful care. They were taken directly to a room and even though the hospital was full the ED staff took wonderful care of them until discharges.
