Hospital Perea

I would like to thank the staff at Perea Hospital for being so caring and attentive to my dad during his stay with you. The hospital is user friendly and always in tune with the patients needs. I love their interns, the nurses, the nurse practitioners, who always were pleasant under the most of stressful situations,even the TV EMPLOYEES who made sure the patient had their Tv functioning. Let me not forget the meals, which always were fresh and varied with a home style touch and housekeeping, who always made sure the rooms and bedding were kept clean and last but not least the security was always visible at all times... I would like to say Thank You from the Eduardo Roman family

I'm calling from New yorl to find out if my uncle is in this hospital not to find out how he is doing. They wont even tell me if he is even there this place is horrible the lady over the phone is rude she would even give me her name. Wish I could give the 0 stars

While vacationing in Puerto Rico I suffered a cardiac episode and was taken to Hospital Perea. From the moment I arrived in the ER to the moment I was released a few days later, I was very impressed with the facilities and the quality of care I was given. As good or better as any facility in the mainland. I'm extremely grateful to both the nursing and medical staff for the care provided, especially to Dr Franklin Pluguez, my primary care physician in the island.

amazing resident physicians and caring staff that pay attention to patients

Mother is in bad shape and in this HORRIBLE hospital. I live in the states and cant get any information on her status or what is wrong with her. I'm on all the paperwork, for them to discuss her medical condition and treatment plan with me; however, they rudely refuse to give me any information on her condition!!! I've even asked if they could have the physician call me refused to even take my phone number down. This facility is an embarrassment to humanity.
