We had a great experience with the whole team in Emergency when our 2 year old was dehydrated and sick. They were so wonderful to us and our son and we were seen promptly. Dr. David Wash was amazing and we hopefully won't have to go back anytime soon but I'm relieved to know that they have an excellent work ethic if we do.

Drs are good but we’ve had a rough experience with their equipment not working (thermometers, IV machine had to be replaced). No shower in the room - have to use a community shower down the hall. Other than that the doctors and surgeons have been very good.

I give a two star only because nursing staff are great we went to the ER wife was unable to keep food or fluids down she had low grade temperature they put her on iv 6hrs later doctor says we can't find anything wrong you can go home she still has 100.3 temperature still can't hold anything down in her stomach nurse ask doctor about temperature he said give her Tylenol sender home. Will never go back ended up at McLaren ER turned out really bad UTI and build up of fluid on her stomach. She's been in hospital for three day now.

I was on the 2nd floor, for 10days. The care I got from ,Andrea, Kelly Jo, Shelly, Lorraine, Sheryl, and Alice among other nurses and aides, was exceptional Melody from dietitian was a joy to see. Even Kelly from the lab was very pleasant at 5:30am. All my care was great and I'm sorry I cant remember all the names.

After waiting for a couple hours in a room, I'm told that i have to go to an ortho to get an MRI because they don't do that. Not too bad, but I need crutches since it's a leg muscle I hurt and they give prescriptions instead of actual crutches. Most place don't fill that script and since its Friday evening, the medical supply store is closed and won't open until Monday. This "hospital" is no longer on my list of acceptable care facilities.
