Terrible. Unfriendly staff, Rude cancer doctors that have no clue what they are doing. Had appointment at 3:20. Did not see us till 5. I'm done taking my mother there. Will find cancer doctor elsewhere. They were upset cause we changed doctors so they treated us very wrong. Wont happen again.

Very confused about the reviews here. Travelling from FL and became very sick after an overnight stay in Bedford. Went to the ER with breathing issues. Signed in, went into room: did vitals; saw Dr.: did a breathing treatment: EKG test: given prescription: went to pharmacy (on site) and walked out to car in ------ SIXTY MINUTES. FIRST CLASS TREATMENT from start to finish. Go to my Doctors here in FL and sit in waiting office for 60 minutes. Thank You IU Health

My sister, a very concerned mother, came in last night for a possible emergency. Her newborn had ripped her umbilical cord nub off by accident with her foot and was bleeding. The nurses there handled the baby like a bag of dirt. Was causing pain to the infant. And belittling her for the concern. Its normal for the nub to FALL off, yes, but not be ripped out. WILL NOT COME BACK AND DONT RECOMMEND BRINGING ANY INFANT, TODDLER, OR CHILD TO THIS PLACE. Too rough and like to down talk concerned mothers.

Amanda Pettibone Pond is the worst doctor I have ever seen. The worst bed side manner and failed to rven recognize s severve medical issue. She actually laughed and was so rude that we had to leave. I went to the emergency room on Thurs bc I was having severe muscle spasm in my neck and shoulders and severe RLS. I just had neck surgery at the VA hospital. I couldn't ride in a car more that a mile at a time. Amanda Pettibone Pond saw us in the ER and we explained what was going on. She said she looked at my records and that I was just got meds from Eskenazi. I explained the ER doc was from Eskenazi but she was working at VA. Pond said I was lying and fishing for drugs and she said she wasn't going to help me with the severve muscle spasms. All i asked was for a shot to calm my legs down so i could get to the va hospital in indy bc the meds given to me were not working. She told me that I had never been a patient at the bedford emergency room. I told her that my RLS was diagnosed here after 4 visits. She called me a liar. Pond laughed and said she was trying to help but she didnt understand. I told her, if she was going to waste our time, i was only looking for a shot to calm my legs so I could make it to the Indy VA hospital. I told her the meds the doc gave me were not work and i could not stop my legs from moving. I was in tears and crying. My husband and I both told her she had the worst best side manner of any person that we had ever met. The nurses at the front laughed when we said this on our way out. When people really come in with a medical issues, the people abusing drugs, the ones using meth and heroin have ruined it for people who actually come in and get relief for trully real issues. I was up all night crying. My husband wanted to take me to the emergency room in Bloomington. I refused. I passed out into a hypoglycemic coma with my sugar down to 14. I almost died. I have been in the Bloomington hospital from Thursday August 29, 2019 until present. I am waiting to get released. We are not sure if i have a tumor or what is going on with my sugar. Amanda Pettibone Pond, you should be fired, I don't consider you a doctor at all. You almost killed me. Thank you Bloomington for saving my life. I will never go to tge ER in Bedford because of Amanda. Get rid of her.

Slow, rude doctors and nurses. And it’s dirty, I am not sure if it mood or dirt in the lighting but it’s nasty, then others are broken. Does this hospital own a mop??? The walls are patched up, ghetto a fabulous is what it is we’re every one has a negative attitude unless you are in there group. Why, am I noticing how clicks they are?
