The RN was very nice and patient. However, there were was a nurse I tried asking for help but was rude and dismissed me. But there will always be one in every crowd. The NP was the one who came in, not the doctor. They were relatively crowded and it took over an hour for us to be seen. Then when we asked for chapstick and something to drink, none was given. So we had to get some ourselves. Been in the hospital for over 4 hours...now have to wait to be transported. The janitors were very nice and helpful as well! All in all, just one bad nurse and having to wait for a very long time is the only two complaints.

I had Dr martino . He was the best doctor, over worked and understaffed. The people he did have were more than happy to help and do as much as they could.
Thank you for your help

Would give zero stars if possible.Daughter treated for kidney stones in the ER. 2hrs for tests which was reasonable but an additional 2 hours just to get released after the doctors final visit?????Bring a suitcase because you will not get out in a timely manner no matter what.

They are trying to keep up with technology. They are friendly for the most part! And they have 2 labs to do blood work so one is open on Saturday
