So far so good! I've had 3 visits here in the past 2 years. Twice I was in & out in 45 minutes (I'm not joking!) And the other time I left after 3 hours of seeing no doctor. I'm placing 3 stars due to the fact that the doctor is definitely ran dry. Always super busy which is understandable but annoying. I've not had a bad experience with a nurse yet, always sweet & understanding of my situation. I don't have experience in the impatient aspect but the outpatient seems to be quick and professional, with the exception of the doctor, too busy.. 5 stars for the staff!

Spent 16 days in the hospital. Everyone was excellent! Responded to my cardiac emergency quickly and worked to get me stabilized. They watched me like a hawk to entire time I was there. I love Jackson Hospital!

I had an episode in the lobby of the hospital this past Tuesday morning. I thank all the medical professionals who took immediate action to take excellent care of me. The staff was compassionate, professional, and truly showed genuine concern for me! I thank God for each & everyone of them!

It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Arrived at 360 with a severe cut to my hand and a tendon cut. The orthopedic doctor doctor Davis. Never showed up. It is 10:10 and I'm still here. I would have gave him a zero so they wouldn't let me write a review. I hope I never have to come back

You got to be kidding me, they put you in the hallway to be seen. I have yet seen a friendly person. Making sure they don’t charge me for a room. Tallassee at least puts you in a room
