You can call this office 100 times and never speak to an actual person. We called them at least 2 dozen times over the past week and received one call back. Due to their inaction, my wife’s medication has ran out and she is in extreme pain caused by bulging discs and disc fusions. She had surgery to fix the issue but still has significant pain. Dr. Grundmeyer and his staff were amazing and returned every call. We were extremely pleased with the care she received while under his care, however, the pain management Dr and his staff failed to even come close to that standard of care. They also fail to listen to their patients. Despite numerous messages requesting they call my phone, because my wife works in a lab with almost no cell reception, the one time the did return a call was to her phone. Big surprise, she was unable to answer the phone and the phone call process started all over again. Their website says they close at 5, but the phones shut down today at 4:30. I guess if you are a patient of this clinic and this person with a medical degree, you had better not get sick or hurt on the weekends or have urgent matters close to closing time. I would give fewer stars if it let me. 1 star is 1 star to many.

I wish I could give more stars. Surgery couldn't have gone better. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. From reception to surgery and recover to release home. Everything was explained clearly and my questions answered. Outstanding facility and Top Notch People!!

This place is horribly understaffed and the office staff is incompetent. I was referred here in july 2018 and still am not well. Normally it takes about 2-3 appointments to get anything done and those appointments are separated by at least 3 months. Go anywhere but here. Oh, you're accidentally 30 minutes late to your appointment 10/18/19? We're happy to see you in early january of next year. This place will keep you in pain.

Can't be too negative on this since the surgery actually turned out great. However, from the moment I entered the hospital for surgery I was quickly escorted to preop, said a quick goodbye to by wife, and from that moment on I knew nothing. In fact, I new nothing whatsoever the entire 3 days I spent in the hospital. I was apparently so medicated that I remember no nursing, no doctors, no shower, no walks, no food, no nothing! I have never spent time in a hospital where I don't remember them getting me out of bed after surgery, escorting me to a shower, or having food delivered. This was the strangest thing I have ever experienced!

Came here for an MRI. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and nice. Great office and staff.
