This hospital has refused my family member the very basic need of hygiene. We have requested a shower for this child multiple times today. After promised a shower from the nursing supervisor, we were then told there wasn't staff available to get her to a shower. Day shift nurse Valerie (very rude) was too busy and hasn't had time to provide a toothbrush let alone a shower. That was 10 hrs into this nuses shift. Now the nightshift doesn't have staff either and we were advised she take a shower at the hospital she will be transferred to tonight. I'm hoping triage, assessments, and staffing issues won't continue to keep her from getting a shower once arriving there. Very disappointed.

I have been here and sad to say they have to retrain all the phlebotomists!! they bruised me when I went there and everyone I know that has been to this hospital comes out with the same bruising from blood drawing and IV insertion!

My husband has an abscessed tooth and was in excruciating pain outside of doctor's office hours, so we went to the ER. The waiting room was filled with people who were clearly in distress. A little boy with two broken legs and a woman with severe kidney pain. The carpet was covered in stains, the chairs were cracked and falling apart, and the bathrooms were unsanitary. After waiting for two hours, I went to the desk and asked the attendant how much longer it would be because my husband wanted to walk around outside to distract himself from the pain and I didn't want to miss his name being called. She told me that if we walked out the door she would remove his name from the list. So we stayed inside and waited for another three hours. During that time only one person was called back, although 5 people left the back after being treated. After 5 hours my husband couldn't handle sitting in the disgusting waiting room any longer, so we left. I'm shocked by the level of disregard given to people's wellbeing. Not just my husband's, but all those people suffering in that germ filled room with nowhere else to go.

I've been waiting for 6 hours for a baby that turned blue and couldnt breathe and a hernea. I got security called on for asking why it took so long. The doctors are very rude and seemed like they didn't want to be interrupted doing their nails instead of doing there work.i will never come here ever again.
