My 4 year old daughter was mis diagnosed 3 times for something so simple.......ear infection they say oh it's no big deal outer ear infection give her some ear drops and here. We are 6 days later now both ears are draining and she has a fever I literally dont know how this place is still open all I ever hear is that this place sucks and trust me it dose
The docter was very rude to my fiance and i did not like it very much. He really seemed like he was racist and i dont approve of a docter who’s prejudice👌🏼 The nurses were wonderful but the docter was rude.
They sent my elderly father home with an infection and medication. My dad was sent to the Little Falls hospital last weekend for having a high fever and being unconscious. After arriving there they ran tests and found out he had an infection but they couldn't figure out what kind of infection it was so instead of referinre him to a better hospital they discharged him without any medication or antibiotics for the infection. They just told him they knew nothing and sent him home with nothing. He woke up on chChristm Eve with a massive leg infection and now he can't walk. This is the worst hospital you could possibly go to they don't take care of you and they don't suggest a better alternative. Even if it's an emergency you're better off going to st cloud. Also a few years ago they almost killed my son by sending him home after he went unconscious for a week after having a bad recaction to a medication. Their advice was to watch him at home if we had listened to them instead of taking him to st cloud, he would be dead. Don't go here your health is at stake.
This hospital bills itself as a "Niche hospital dedicated to elder care." Nothing could be further from the truth. On Christmas night my 92 year old father experienced an uncontrollable nose bleed. He called 911 and the ambulance took him to Little Falls hospital. They packed his nose and wanted to send him to Cooperstown via ambulance but his blood pressure was too high for transport. So they sent him home with his cleaning lady. Great. He's too unstable to send anywhere in an ambulance and you won't keep him in the hospital so you SEND HIM HOME? WITH HIS CLEANING LADY?? How is this dedicated care?? You should be ashamed of yourself. You just didn't want to be bothered with an old man's problems on Christmas night. And when I tried to call the hospital to discuss this situation with them I was either put on hold for hours or sent straight to voicemail. Extremely unsatisfactory!!
Very nice place to work. Staff is friendly. Management could definitely use improvement.
