My review is based mainly on one person Jerry a nurse that was awesome! It’s rare that you find someone in this field who genuinely cares about people. If your lucky enough to catch him on his shift your in good hands!

The service I received was great. The facility is very clean and in a great location. We visited the ER and were received immediately which was a major bonus. I had some issues with the billing charges that were quite over the top. Thankfully, Jaren has amazing customer service skills and was able to make things right. I would use again assuming the billing stays within reason.

I went here for a surgery and my insurance was planning on covering the expenses. Well, i ended up recieving a $5,000 bill in the mail. I spoke with my insurance and they told me they needed some paperwork from the hospital so when i called the hospital to ask if they would send the information over, the woman over the phone started giving attitude and yelling at me like i didn't know what i was talking about. After i said i would call back in a few days in hopes to get someone more professional she started yelling some more so i hung up without anything being taken care of. I am very upset with the way this woman treated me and how unprofessional she was. All she had to do was call my insurance and see what they needed, fax it over, and be done. But instead, i was treated like garbage.

I came in for knee surgery. The best staff I have ever had experience with in a hospital. Nurses and doctors were caring and professional. I felt very welcome and at home.

BILLING NIGHTMARE---I went to Lone Peak Hospital 9 months ago for a preventative routine screening mammogram which is an in-network facility with my insurance. It was billed as an out-of-network facility. My insurance company has contacted LPH on multiple occasions to get this changed to the correct code without success. I am now being sent to collections.
