My husband took me to the Kingfisher ER very early last Sunday morning. I was in excruciating pain. The ARNP (Sandy Harman) and nurse (Chelsea Golbek) went out of their way to get me as comfortable as possible as quickly as possible. They made sure I had all tests that I needed before sending me on to another facility by ambulance. I will always be thankful for them and this facility!

The majoriry of the ER nurses are amazing. So kind and helpful, they have treated my kids and I wonderfully. I've recently gone in by myself and they are caring and they listen

Extremely rude emergency staff! I have an extreme fear of needles, so I was nervous. The doctor comes in and asks me if I’m on meth because my eyes are dilated and I have a high heart rate. (Keep in mind I’m in there for hitting my head, aka head injury {some at least} = dilates eyes) anyways, he asks me once I reply “no”. He says you sure look like it. Again, I reply no. He continues to say two more times I have dilated eyes and high heart rate and a high factor cause for that is methamphetimine. I continue to say I’m just nervous because I have a fear of needles and he accused me of lying and proceeded to TELL ME I WAS ON METH. I DO NOT DO DRUGS. I requested a drug test which came back negative and he chuckled at me. Very unprofessional and rude.

The ER staff was very good and we did not have to wait long at all. They got hit with a lot of people but handle it very well.

Called to talk with a nurse in the ER about symptoms of left arm heavyness and tingling, vomiting, impaired speech, and shaking. Was told flat out "Your too young at 27 to have a heart attack so do whatever you want. Thank you. " Very rude, uncaring, and unhelpful.
