feedback about Monterey Park Hospital
Great volunteer program! It was an honor to help the wide selection of departments. Maria C in admitting is very kind and understanding. This hospital will truly give its best to meet above expectations. Almost everyone you walk by will have a smile on their face. The people really make the hospital, and the quote in telemetry is,”Teamwork makes the dream work.”
PS... the cafeteria food is AMAZING!
Amazing maternity staff. Very nice and very helpful nurses with alot of knowledge. My wife and I had an amazing experience. They would come in and check on her if she needed anything or needed help. The staff is very attentive with your care. I would recommend this hospital for women giving birth. They will take good care of you and your baby. We could not have asked for better nurses than this. Specially for our first baby. Most of my family have given birth here. That is how we found out this hospital had amazing staff. Therefore, I would really recommend this hospital.
Honestly this place, is not what we expect...iv on the floor with blood trash on the table. The nurses dont care much about patient. They gossip a lot in front of visitors. They are not well manner.
ER team are awesome!
Vanessa and Dr. Ted we're extremely nice and assisted my Mom when she needed help. The hospital is small but overall great experience.
Not great. Some of the doctors seemed decent, but other staff were pretty careless and uninformed. My huabans fractured his Olecranon (elbow) and they laughed and joked throughout intake. The entire visit took about 2hrs for an xray and an ACE BANDAGE WRAP and cheap sling... like he sprained his arm!!! When we finally saw an orthopedic specialist, the intake nurse couldn’t believe that he wasn’t given a proper splint. They ultimately probably made the injury worse, didn’t support the fracture with a splint, and gave us no information. probably not the best “emergency room” to visit
