This place is amazing. Everyone is very kind. I have been going to this place off and on for 2 years. The weightloss program works if you diet and exercise regularly with the prescriptions and injections they offer. These negative reviews are not accurate. If you dont stick with the program they give you then you wont lose weight...simple as that. I have lost weight with their program. I will continue to go back. Dr. Kettle is very kind and answers any questions or concerns that I have. Gove this place a chance, you wont be disappointed.

Went in initially for a physical Dr. Kettle automatically wanted to change it to something else. Got all these tests ran to end up having to pay and then was told to come the next day for physical. Came for physical didn't do everything that a physical requires but was told all these medications needed from the office ( money). Then gets ready to check out and was told had to pay because they talked to me about lab results and I said no this was supposed to be a visit for physical and it's free. I feel like both visits were a rip-off. I was also told I needed to change them to my PCP and I was like I didn't have to last year when I came for physical and the guy Shawn was forcing me to get flu shot after several times of me saying no.

New Horizons was recommended to me by a friend a few months ago when I was diagnosed with an Autoimmune disease. She specifically told me about Dr. Kettle and how wonderful he was. I had terrible luck with my primary care physicians and decided to meet with him. From the get go, Dr. Kettle was extremely kind and took the time to explain my disease to me when other doctors had not. He immediately wanted blood tests done and recommended different things I could do in order to manage what was happening. I feel that he has taken an immense load of anxiety and fear away from what I was dealing with just by properly informing me and truly caring about my situation. He's the best!

I have been a patient for around 10 years. Dr. Kettle and the other clinic staff are ways very well manner and extremely helpful with all questions.

STAY AWAY!!! This place is a joke and not a funny one! Was a patient for over a year. Unfortunately that’s not the worst of it. Once the WRONG medication was sent to the pharmacy (didn’t realize until after I had paid for i Twice I was seen by “Dr. Kettle”, who come to find out is NOT a doctor, but the owner of the clinic and they charge more than Real Doctor Office visit. It’s quite clear that this place is just another pill mill. Bottom line is it’s all about the money and NOT about the patients health and well-being.
