Very nice private rooms. What I've seen is nice
I had an out-patient distal bicep repair done at Oasis and can't say enough good things about the whole experience. From intake to release the entire staff was very friendly and yet professional. Every step in the process was thoroughly explained and I was kept entirely at ease from start to finish. I even received a follow-up call on the 2nd day after surgery to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions. Oasis is a top notch facility.
my wife was there for hip replacement surgery. we live in Prescott valley so we came down the night before and stayed at the holiday in so we could be there at 7 am. we had gotten all the paperwork submitted that they wanted a week before. we got there on time and admitted for the surgery. my wife was all prepped with an iv when the surgen came in and all was good. then the anisteisioligist came in and had not reviewed any reports from her cardiologist. her cardiologist said she was at low risk for surgery. he was arrogant and said he new more than cardiologist about her risk of surgery. he refused to continue and we had to go home. we came home, saw a different cardiologist that also gave her his ok for surgery. surgery tomorrow in Prescott valley. We are out almost 200.00 for our wasted trip. make sure they read your reports before you waste your time and money
The staff here for the most part were very rude, not personable at all if you needed something like to use the restroom you had to ask the cleaning lady. The needs were not important nor attended to as they should have been & as a result my father was unable to have his procedure done due to "complications" in the care of this staff & he will now suffer for weeks before he can reschedule & hopefully when he does it's not here
Amazing staff, from registration to nurses to the doctors. The food is great and any time I needed anything, there was always someone to help or answer my questions. If you have to have orthopedic surgery, this is the only place to go!
