Went with my mother b/c she had an emergency about midnight.Got there and they treated us right away.... gave her tests, etc. and they found what she had.... kidney stones.... well they were fast, courteous, and very professional...would recommend to everyone.

I had my baby in June of 2016 and the entire staff was amazing. Not once did they make me feel nervous or unattended. They are on top of everything and everyone. Thank you so much for helping deliver my beautiful healthy baby boy.

Worst hospital, I had my baby here and had a surgery and nurses did not look to concerned about my pain. My baby did not get all the exams that he needed. I had an ultrasound done by a person that had no idea what she was doing. Food was nasty. Just by looking at the entrance I though of walking out but I needed to have my surgery done there because Saint Joseph's hospital won't do it. Will not recomend this hospital to anybody.

Some issues to ponder prior to being treated here. During this locations financial down turn in 2012 I was treated here. Had an organ issue and it needed removal. While in recovery I was given medication that was to be given to another patient. The charge nurse Mark had it corrected but I Suffered body aches for 18 moths after. Since the care was bad I did not follow up with the Dr. at his private practice post surgery. Of which he stated that I did follow up and he charged me an additional 1330+$. I am now in collections. I spoke with his office about the issue...but the Dr was always out. They changed the name from Western Medical to OCCGMC to try and shake the financial stigma. I am probably going to approach the OC Register about my situation and see if anyone else suffered the same treatment I did. If you were treated here and received poor quality of care I would recommend talking to an attorney or the OC Register. Interest has been shown in my case.

Amazing staff at the mother baby unit too bad this was my first and last baby delivered via c section here nurses were so attentive so informed this is a great place where u should never judge a book by its cover !!!
