I love the women that take care of all of the Appointments you all are fantastic and understanding. It has been a great experience so far. I can't wait for this knee replacement to be over. Thus has been the greatest place since I started back in 2005 and my husband even switched from OIP to go here. I've had 2 knee replacements, epidurals and plenty of other procedures done. Drs are awesome and so is the staff. Would recommend to everyone.

Hip replacement, Dr. Margatis (spelling) was fantastic. Nursing staff all top notch except for one. Short, purple hair woman that was great until a switch was turned on and she went into a witch mode. Have no idea why, was VERY pleased when she went off duty and had civil nurses tend to my needs for the next 3 days. Probably will need other surgeries in the future and will return. I also will report her to the doctor should she turn into a witch again. Again, all WAS well until she decided to have a bad day and ruin my entire stay by fearing her return.

You need more and especially people who can answer. Call.

Called WC department and was impressed at the speed of answering. My call was answered right away, I don't recall her name but she was super friendly and helpful! Answers were clear and well informed, my situation was resolved fast and easy 🙂
