Paris Community Hospital

If I could rate -5 stars I would. When you go to the EMERGENCY room for something that's an emergency, you'd expect to get immediate care. Been here for an hour and I've been asked questions, got my blood pressure and temperature taken, and THAT'S IT. I've been waiting in this room for 45 minutes and NOTHING has been done. I highly don't recommend ever coming to this emergency room unless you want to die while waiting.

The staff was nice, and friendly. I did however have to walk to have my X-rays done on my legs, and to have a ct scan done, after being in a vehicle accident.

I recently tried calling to ask a medical question about a child. I was bounced from person to person because they do not know how to accurately redirect calls. After I finally found someone to speak with they were INCREDIBLY rude and refused to offer even the slightest of help. This hospital has always lacked in their ability to help people, and now it's spreading to their customer service. My family will never go to this hospital again if they're going to refuse assistance to a child.

I would not suggest this hospital. I had been adviced not to go there by multiple people, however, I had to get blood work and turn in a urine sample so I didn't think it would be a major deal. After six weeks and having to call four times to remind them to send my results, I received unsettling news. The tests were done incorrectly and I had to get my tests done again at another hospital. When asked if I could receive a discount, especially since they were done incorrectly, I was told no. It's worth the drive to go somewhere else.

When it comes to scratched eyes it's ok as a boo boo Dr serious issues stay far away!!!!!
