I am very pleased with the exceptional treatment I have received here at The Physicians Center! From the front desk (Ms. Rita), Imaging (Brad), the ladies who draw blood, the cashiers, and the nurses that have taken care of me day and night. Both nurses's names are Melissa, they are kind and have taken care of me just as their mission statement says "Like Family" I actually met the CEO while walking down the hall! I highly recommend this facility! A million times thank you! I will be seeing you again for my next hospital stay!
I have had two really great experiences here! The staff is very caring and quick to put and keep you at ease during your entire time there. The second I checked in I was greeted by a wonderful lady who got me registered and signed in. Then off to blood draw that was painless and the person doing the draw was easy to talk to. Finally off to the surgery itself where I was totally taken care of. Thank you to everyone who works there and for being such a wonderful staff!
Went here three years ago, maybe? Just got sent a bill today. Three years later. I don't have records back that far, (my bad) so I can't even say if the charge is legitimate. Insurance requires you to bill within a year, so that is out. How pathetic. Why do health care providers always seem to skimp on the billing department? This is just sad. I'm sure three years ago I would have been happy to settle my debt, but considering that the date of first billing is very clearly this month, then I guess I never got a chance.
Sure would feel a lot better to pay them if I could remember why I even incurred this debt. Pathetic.
