Physicians Regional Medical Center – Pine Ridge

We spent five days in Physicians Regional and I have never had a more positive medical/hospital experience. The staff was superior in communicating with us, meeting our needs and providing care. Mr. Dalao is an excellent cardiologist and the third floor “Heart Center” nursing crew is outstanding. I would mention names, but I would forget someone and I don’t want anyone to feel left out. By the way, the food was “outstanding” and could have easily been served in a restaurant. Thanks to everyone for a positive experience.

From the time I was taken into pre-op, I was taken care of by nurse Rosa and the anesthesia team, Peter and Dr Torres. They each thoroughly explained what I would be experiencing and greatly put my mind to ease! Just before taken into surgery, Dr Gerber came by and reassured me I would be well taken care of. I already had great confidence I was being blessed with the best neurosurgeon in Naples, Florida! After the surgery, nurse Linda stayed with me and I couldn't have been better cared for! I was allowed to go home after 4 hours in post-op. That was yesterday. Today my throat is scratchy from the tube and i feel like I have the worst stiff neck of my life, but was told those things are to be expected. I look forward to having pain-free days in the near future! Again, I have been blessed with Dr Gerber and his team!

I've been going to Physicians Regional very frequently for 2 years. I am extremely pleased with the entire staff and facilities. Everyone I have met has been skilled in their job and always cheerful and friendly. I have lived in this area for 20 years and I'm just so impressed with this place. I feel like I now have a long list of staff members that are my friends.

My experience with the hospital can be summed up in two words, awesome and professional. I had surgery and stayed overnight, I was impressed by the staff and the facilities. Great job everybody.

Love this hospital. Was there last night with severe back pain, and they were fast getting me a room, and medicine to help me relax. Everyone was super nice and helpful.
