I love Dr Kwon, but the Service beforehand was awful. The front desk lady was very rude & then the two people who was helping me seemed like they were either fueding or just doesn’t enjoy their job. After surgery I had great service during the day but at night I was stuck in my bed & not one person came to check on me for hours & I was tangled up with wires. I also feel like this kind of procedure should be more then just one way since it is a very serious surgery.

My wife and I had the experience that we have ever had the nurses and pain management staff were awesome DR COX was absolutely the best DR I have ever had I want to thank all of you for the best experience

Had gastric bypass at this hospital they were very attentive to my needs extremely professional and nice.

Terrible customer service, rude and disrespectful. They were disorganized and they didn’t seem to care that I was in need of a procedure.
