Earlene Howard

Had spinal fusion on my lumbar 4 and 5 by Dr. Hyder on 9-11 . Lots of pain after wards and great at making me as comfortable as possible. Cleaned my room 2x a day and that staff was great. Hospital food was hospital food but found it to be some of the best. Nurses were very polite and attentive, didn't have to call nurses or their assistants cause they made their regular rounds. No complaints from this old man. I'm husband of Earlene writing this. GREAT JOB PINNACLE.

I thought very highly of all of your staff, upon dc we were not aware I was not going to be able to get into car. I was brought down to my car in evening in the wc and was sitting there, the hha went to get nurse molly and she said your technically discharged and handed myself and my husband a list of ambulance companies we could call, we then had to sit in hospitality area from 8-11:30 pm for ride home, post surgical the pain med time was due, and since I was technically dc, really did not have help. All other staff was perfect, dc planning could have went better, therapy did not see me and nursing did not communicate to case worker my transportation needs

I had back surgery here the staff was attentive and kind. When I woke up from surgery I was in pain. I reached out and asked a nurse to hold my hand. Despite the probability that she needed to care for other patients and had responsibilities she needed to tend to she stopped and held my hand until I drifted back to sleep.

Terrible experience for me. I was sent to Pinnacle by a foot doctor to have an infection treated after cutting my foot. Three different doctors came in to look at my foot over the 2 days I was there. All three of them asked me when did I have my foot surgery (I didn't have foot surgery). The lady who gave me my MRI complained the entire 1.5 hours about how old the MRI machine was. They asked me to have a family member bring in my blood pressure medicine because they didn't have any (lol). Finally, I was sent home with ZERO instructions on how to treat my wound. Three different prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy so I called to ask them if I was supposed to be taking all three prescriptions. There answer was NO, we didn't realize that three different doctors sent three different prescriptions. I then found out that I had a follow up appointment later that week when they called me to tell me I as a no show to the appointment THAT NO ONE EVER TOLD ME I HAD IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Had a hip replacement on the 5th, released on the 6th. The staff did everything they could to make me comfortable. Very happy with my stay.
