Quail Creek Surgical Hospital

My experience was very positive. The nursing staff and of course doctor Gentry are kind compassionate caring. I will always choose this hospital.

Amazing care! Clean! Efficient! Kept my husband very comfortable. Friendly caring staff! Attended to every need quickly and cheerfully. Physical Therapy department was excellent, went above and beyond in getting my husband on his feet. Food was good too. We have a lot of experience in hospital stays. This one has been outstanding in comparison. Definately hope all of our future surgical experiences are at this hospital. Thank you Quail Creek Surgical Hospital!

So far...not so good. I haven't even had surgery yet and all I can get is the run around. It seems all they are really concerned with is money. I have been trying for 2 days to talk to someone who can make a decision on helping me with the down payment and have left a message...not returned. Transferred so many times I lost count. Put on hold so long I hung up. I'm really nervous about using them.

DO NOT GO , TERRIBLE SERVICES FOR customers They do not care about you suffering and pain after surgery they proceed to make up lie after lie to keep from giving you quality service and pain care so they can save more money for their profits. I was told there’s a shortage on the pain medicine I need so I couldn’t have any. So I called both my Aunts witch are local doctors near by and they said that they had plenty of medicine that was needed and have never ever ran out of this medicine before. So after I spent over 40,000 dollars twice with the surgical center and DrGentry and his medical staff.They still will not provide me with pain medicine required to relief my pain from my neck that they attached 6 screws and two metal plates in my upper neck and throat. So I’m currently in severe trauma and pain to the point of screaming and crying. and.etc. Best advice find a Doctor and surgical center that cares about you , your well-being and have you the patients quality of surgery care and pain management as a priority. Don’t let them jus say what you wanna hear. Read reviews and ask people. No one deserves treatment,trauma and quality of care like this. Save yourself pain and suffering and explore your options to find someone that has your well being, surgery-pain management- In mind and as a priority in mind.
