This by far is the best hospital I’ve ever been too! Everyone that has helped me are wonderful. I’m so very thankful.

I am 33 weeks pregnant. Was having contractions so we went to the emergency room where I was given fluid and tracked contractions and was sent home about five hours later. I was still having contractions. I was in a lot of pain, I was still in a lot of pain and was called by Dr. Sinclair who graciously took me as a patient as I don't have insurance yet because it has not turned active and was my first problem. She is the only reason I am giving any stars at all. A few days later the contraction never stopped being so close together and I could barely walk or get out of bed I called labor and delivery and was told to rest take a warm bath and eat some food. Followed those instructions and it did t really help. Finally tried to go to work in pain and decided to call again and got the same response. So I called a different birthing center who earged me to come in. Only to find out I was in active labor, thankfully they were able to stop the contractions to a minimum and take care of me to avoid giving birth too soon. Sad to say that as much as I liked getting to meet with Dr. Sinclair she was great unfortunately we will be using a different birthing center.

By far the BEST hospital I have EVER been to. I brought my 3 year old in at midnight on Saturday, Saint Patty's day weekend. They were so kind and concerned and quick! They apologized for the wait because they were busy but there really wasn't much of a wait. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, even the insurance lady, ALL were so nice and understanding. They did everything they could to make my baby comfortable and get her feeling better asap without causing her more pain than necessary. Thank you for not making our hospital visit harder than it needed to be.

Don't break a finger, these jerks will charge you $3,000.00 to put it back into place!

Awesome if you have a cold or something minor. My grandmother had a heart attack and they didn't catch it. Took her to Olathe Med where they discovered she had a heart attack. Have definitely improved over the last few years. Wait time was short, staff was friendly. But still needs to work on continuous improvement.
