Place is a joke. I could run a better urgent care out of my living room. Waited an hour for them not even to get my name before I finally walked out. Don’t waste your time!!

Spent three hours of my day waiting for Urgent Care to be seen for an open wound about 2in in diameter just for them to dress it and tell me to go home. Would not recommend Urgent Care in Reedsburg

Please do not go here if you are pregnant. Please please please do not trust them with your unborn child. They treat pregnant women like toys. Went in for something totally unrelated to my pregnancy. They decided to listen for my little boys heartbeat. Very clearly didn’t know what they were doing. They also said “we don’t know what we are doing” as they giggled like it was a baby shower. Couldn’t find his heartbeat and refused to call an OB down. Btw my little boy is fine.

I feel like the PA Jen didn't care at all didn't even bother to come look at me sent in someone else. I had gone in with snius/ear infection symptoms and was told it was a virus and dismissed. Two days later I can't swallow without pain, including water, so back in for a strep test. Weekend staff sucks by the way. Came out negative but said cough drops can cause a negative reading and said it was still the virus, get lots of fluids, and sent me out. How am I supposed to get lots of fluids if it hurts to drink? I felt rushed out all the times I have been there in the last 6 months which is why I don't go unless I am really scared. The only shining light is nurse Beth. She is a sweetheart and awesome beside manner. I give her 5 stars if I could.

Don't go to the ER if Dr. Ramsay is there! Only gave one star as there isn't an option for zero!!!! He knew absolutely nothing about my mother when I brought her into the ER, but instead of listening to family and believing what was said, suggested she go to a nursing home because she "was old." Showed absolutely no passion and has a horrible bedside manner. My daughter feels the same way. If I have to ever visit the ER, I will call before I go and if he's there I will go elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone!
