Slow, & bad service.

My wife flew from Taiwan to accompany me to the VA. In the emergency waiting room she was told she could not sit there to wait while I was being attended and the nurse kicked her out. She was flabbergasted and offended when told it for veterans only. As if veterans had no family.

Inside the emergency room while I was getting treated she sat in an empty chair waiting and again she was told to stand or get out. I was the only one in the emergency room with the wife. No other patients. Took 2 hours for me to lose patience and complained about not being attended on time. Even then it took 2 more hours for the crew to stop chatting in a grey circle and start working. They make up lies to calm you down. They treat us like idiots.

High horse, haughty & arrogant veteran workers stroking each other off with stories of how heroic they are for serving in the National Guard.

Not to mention the civilian workers.
My blood pressure shoots up & PTSD gets worse just thinking of this place.

This Marine has no other place he can go for good service. Stuck with this place even though we veterans gave 110% and they have a job because we exist.

My 77 year old father had to wait 2 hours after checking in to see anybody for his appointment, when asked the staff at the clinic kept telling us he'll be seen soon, finally after the long wait an extremely rude PA came out and saw him, her attitude and demeanor were completely appalling, this woman has no compassion especially dealing with a 77 year old vet, I am in the process of filing a congressional complaint against this circus of a facility SHAMEFUL! TAKE CARE OF YOUR VETERANS, do your job, vets is the only reason you have a job.

My Grandfather is a 81 year old veteran, and since he got 80 years old he is treated badly in the appointment department. He makes he's appointment and he never fails. But that department treat him badly and with not a good attitude. They put my grandfather in a very nervous state.
Every time he goes there he is treated badly in the appointment section. They make up stuff and lie to him.
