My Dad was a patient at Sauk Prairie Hospital for 2 days. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone, from the Front Desk, CNA, RN, Social Worker, Dr., and the young man that brought him his meals! Every person we met during his stay was empathetic, kind and thoughtful!!!

I would like to Thank Dr. Culp, Rhonda his Nurse and the lady at front desk for getting me in and out so quickly this AM. Made going to ER as painless as possible. Thanks Again Clint Davis

We've had 2 experiences here in the last month, one planned and one unplanned. Both times we've received excellent, compassionate care!

Wisconsin Streams & Creeks

Went in there for a possible torn back muscle in excruciating pain. They just told me to take Ibuprofen and rest. For the urgent Care I'm going to be charged with a surprise $800 bill. I understand paying for service, but they treated me like a drug seeker and send me on my way. Heck, the Navy gave me way better care. So expect very little with a heavy bill.

Be careful! Stay away unless you want astronomical fees! After talking to a department manager this morning I've learned that simply stepping into the building for a imaging appointment is billed as hospital. Had I spent 5 extra mins on a drive and gone to UW, I would have saved $80+ dollars in the co-pay alone. (I mean they refer majority if medical stuff to UW anyways. Might as well cut out the middle man and go their anyways.) But no worries they want to improve their services! I mean she told me no short of half a dozen times. They need to improve the communication for sure. There is a reason for majority of their reviews being 1 star! If you've had issue I suggest contacting the Insurance Commissioners office. Let them know it is an epidemic with Sauk.
