Just had vertebrae's fused in my neck by Dr. Albert. It was really messed up and had some complications afterwards. The staff stayed on top of it till I felt better. I would really like to thank the doctors, nurses, cna's, house keeping and cooks. Yes even the food was great! It is a scary operation to have but I assure you this place is very capable of handeling it. Very friendly and helpful staff, once again, thank you everyone!

To the Practice Manager/Director of the South Texas Spine & Surgical Clinic: your entire team of health care professionals is AMAZING!!! My father had surgery at your clinic on July 2, 2019. Every single person, from intake/reception, to nursing staff, to food service, to cleaning staff, to the doctors, were EXCEPTIONAL. They not only were professional, but compassionate, empathetic, dedicated, and they followed through on every request in a timely manner. I work in healthcare in Houston, and this was the most cohesive team I have ever experienced. I have to give special thanks to nurse Janet, who was patient, kind, funny, and always engaged with the most caring bedside manner. She went above and beyond what I have ever seen! Also, Svetlana was the most caring and sweet nurse that made my father and entire family feel welcome. She even went out of her way to say goodbye when she left for the day. The nursing staff even kept my mother’s food for her so she could stay with my father. I have to give thanks to the food service professionals in the kitchen as well. They provided fresh, restaurant quality meals that were delicious! Again, thanks to everyone at South Texas Spine. Your dedication and kindness will not be forgotten. Your pride in your work is very much appreciated!

The people that work here made me feel important the entire time I was in there for my treatment. To say "they were caring and compassionate" doesn't even come close to how well I was treated; it is a gross understatement of fact. Even though I knew that they had other patients to attend to, and I could see them doing so; they made me feel as though I was their sole focus. And the PA/RN that took such good care of me before and after surgery also gave me a call the next day to see how I was doing. (Yes, I know they are supposed to do it; but she left me with the impression that she really cared about my well-being.) And the next time I need work on my spine, these are the folks I want taking care of me. If I could, I'd give them a rating of 5000 on Google's rating scale of 1-5. They are that good!
