If I could give no stars, I would. For 5 years my husband was seen by many different departments/doctors. His PCP was worthless for care and waiting for her transfer to HI. She got it. All my husband received was constant testing, no beneficial services and extremely poor health. Thank God we moved back to AZ or he would be dead! He's been in the hospital here since we returned where he is recieving the proper care he didn't receive there. Thanks for nothing spokane!

My husband may have received the proper care elsewhere but it was too late. He died yesterday. He had manageable conditions if all had been treated with the care he deserved but not received. All I can say is that I will be burying my husband because of the lack of proper medical care from VA Hospital Spokane.

These people falsify medical records and cover up abuse. The town of Spokane is working with the VA to cover up wrong doing. Pretty sad you people can do horrible things especially to veterans yet Nothing happens. Nothing but low life cowards who abuse Veterans. Even the local congress member does Nothing about the horrible care veterans receive. Looking forward to the VA being closed down forever

The wait time is ridiculous and the staffs empathy level is at a negative 2. No sense of urgency just lots of nurses standing around talking about what they did over the weekend. It’s amazing to me that people who risked their lives to serve their countries are treated so poorly at this establishment. Absolutely pathetic and disgraceful. OH AND NOT TO MENTION THEY OPENLY ADMIT THAT A NUMBER OF THEM DO NOT STAND FOR THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. As I said, utterly disgraceful.

Evil. Cruel. Liars! A very horrible hostile work environment! AFGE Local 1108 takes your union dues, and meets with supervisors before shift for their own laugh fest. Union leaders start New problems. Most of the workers didn't even know what a "union" was. Leaders did not lead by example. The workers are CONTROLLED by threats against their annual evaluations, ie: BONUSES. If you are fat, lazy and don't do your job, but keep your mouth shut, you are REWARDED with a fat bonus. The supervisors label workers, and get their peers to make life ruff on them. Reward peers with overtime, and leaving work early. The supervisors have their vacation meetings, without union present, (which is a requirement), then give vacation to their favorites out of order! They give out $20 BONUSES to the union, then split the thousands of dollars amongst themselves. Very evil leaders all covering each other. Went three years without a bonus, and in those years, received three awards from the Directors. Seems backward to me. Lots of big favors done during Wheelchair Games. Supervisors move workers to "better" positions, but it's all planned. A "job for life", was just a big lie! There is no follow through after appointments, be it lab results or x-rays, even after calling back to find out. I would have been "written up", for not doing my job! Hell, I was given flack for talking to my close friend. The phone system is a joke! Spend more time playing phone tag, then just driving there. Never been able to just call up my team, to talk. If you use friends phone to call, there's hell to pay!!

The VA is a constant disappointment, over half the time medication that is greatly needed isn't sent out until the second or third request are sent. Sends you to a civilian doctor because of their lack of staff then told you only have 3 appointments for the entire year, then told we "just had to apply to be seen by a doctor again" even though it took two years for them to get their stuff together long enough to appoint a doctor. This VA has proved time and time again that they don't care about veterans nor what happens to them because of their negligence. I'm beyond disgusted with the VA
