I tried to set up a payment plan for a recent visit. When I offered $50.00 a month, I was told they would only accept $80.00 a month. I have a chronic health condition, so unfortunately I rack up a lot of bills. They would rather turn me over to collections than accept what I can afford......very caring....NOT. Thank goodness hospitals in Cincinnati are more understanding and will accept the $50.00 a month payment we offered them!

In 2012, this awesome team of professionals saved my life with an innovative procedure. The care I received was top notch from all departments. Thank you!

Wife wasn’t able to keep nothing down and they said she had generalized abdominal pain but here’s the thing she was released with still holding nothing down throwing up as she was walking out of the Er room then we had to go to another hospital in Ohio cause I drive a truck and come to find out she had two things wrong with her with the same symptoms and the dr didn’t treat her correctly. Miss diagnosed completely. Filing a complaint with the medical board.

This is the worst ER I have ever been to. You sit for hours in the waiting room. The doctors dont wanna do anything for you besides rush you out. I was told take this pee cup and use the bathroom and bring it back to the desk. I did and when I got back there like sorry shes gone to lunch just hold it. This was on a thursday morning with very few people waiting, but still took 2 hours to be seen.

I spent this past weekend in the hospital for pneumonia. The care I received during my stay was good. However, they sent me home on insulin for my diabetes as oral medications weren't keeping my levels controlled. I have never used insulin before and was give very little education on how to do so. I was told to check my levels before meals and dose with a fast acting insulin according to a sliding scale based on my levels. The sliding scale wasn't in any of my documentation they sent home with me. I had to call and get it over the phone. I was never told how to deal with highs and lows between meals. I was never shown the proper way to use the prefilled injector for my slow acting. I managed to figure that out on my own but I'm still stumbling through between meal lows and highs. Maybe I should have asked more questions, but I was sick and overwhelmed and exhausted and never should have been sent home with medication that could potentially be deadly if used improperly without the proper education.
