My husband and i were in a very bad car accident when a semi slammed into the back of us on highway 84 the EMT team was super nice and very helpful they focused great on our health and their concerns for us.. We even had a toy size Yorkie with us in the back seat and they allowed her to come in the ambulance and in the hospital.. The staff was super nice and very helpful they gave wonderful care to all of us including the dog.. We are very fortunate to live this wreck and so grateful for the staff at this hospital.. They called us a taxi and called the hotel to make sure they had room for us..! Thank you all for making us so comfortable in the hospital after a horrific accident. We appreciate all of you..!

Would rather die tonight, then go to ER in Mtn Home Idaho. They are staffed by some of the most useless wastes of oxygen.

My dad has been treated so wonderful by all the staff. Thank you for being so kind to him.

A family member was taken to Emergency at St. Luke's in Mountain Home in December. They were very professional and skilled, and saved his life. They showed him respect the entire time. Because this facility doesn't have an ICU, they had an ambulance take him to the ICU in Meridian. The ambulance personnel were also very respectful and skilled. I highly recommend St. Luke's Medical Center in Mountain Home to everyone.

My story, went in for my wellness mammogram in June to find out l had a lump. They called to tell me that l need a biopsy call your dr for a referral, ok did that and the dr office said we dont hand those out you come in here and will determine if you need that. REALLY l said. So l went back to the hosptial x-ray lab very upset she smile behind that counter took me aside and said let me see what l can do. I think l can cut some short cuts for you without the dr. She spent over half hour going from dept to another to get me the necessary appt for me in Boise in just 3 days. Again REALLY. My insurance doesnt require me to have a referral. Yes l did have Beast Cancer and today l found out that if I'd not come in as soon as l did it would of been a different out come. I owe her my everything for taking the time out of her busy day to help me get where l need to be. So l say to those with a negative thought about the hosptial rethink this they really do care. So that pretty face behind the glass window really love to help in the X -RAY LAB. Thank you for saving my life. The hospital has a great network of wonderful physicians. I woke up to a nice male nurse and my surgical team of 5 was all women times have changed. Thank you St. Lukes.
