This is actually my son's and I don't know how to change it, but I am the one doing the review. I was very impressed with Danae, Ann M(?) and Dr. Curtin. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My ring finger had swollen up badly and I was unable to remove my wedding ring (43 years). They tried everything but to no avail, eventually having to cut it off. Good news, the inscription, "Two are now one", went untouched. Will get ring resized & repaired. Thank you all! Fred Parker
What a place to be when things go bad. My wife and I just moved to the McCall area from the valley. Just got the last box into the garage when I had to be taken to St Lukes McCall to have an emergency appendectomy. As soon as I walked into the ER good things started to happen. They assured me they they would fix me up and they did. Everyone envolved were the best professional, truly caring, outstanding medical people I know. I left the next morning with no signs of even having a surgery. Not even discomfort. Good thing for I needed to be able to get my wife to the valley for an illostamy reconnect and if you know what that is than you know why I know hospitals and personnel like the back of my hand. Things went very well for my wife down there. But the story for St Lukes McCall didn't stop there and my luck ran out again as soon as we got back to our new place with a trip and fall in the garage that resulted in a broken hip. Now this one was not quite as easy but again these people were the best. From that great orthopedic surgeon to all those excellent nurses, love them, they spoiled me, and there support people. Thank you with all my heart. I may have had a little bost, na, for I understand I was the only patient in the hospital for a day or two. Thank you one more time.
All respect to the whole team...and it is great team from the person that gets you a bed pan to the doctors. We came in a month ago after my wife injured herself in a fall. They treated her and put her in the hospital for a night, sent a rehab specialist home for a courtesy visitand got her follow up visit wrist x-ray results to herin a timely manner. Impressed!!!
I had a fall off my bike. Ended up fracturing my hip and needed surgery.
The woman who met me at my car was outstanding. She assessed the situation and went right to work. I went straight to a room in the ER. After x-rays it was determined I needed surgery. Dr. Levine was my orthopedic surgeon. He was outstanding. People come from Boise and out of state for his services!
We heard about him before my accident. The nurses are excellent with the best bedside manner. Sissy, took my food orders and served me my delicious meals or many cups of hot tea with a smile on her face. Summer was my PT - another outstanding professional. I wish I could name all my nurses. Everyone of them are excellent Professionals. Everyone is so happy on staff because they told me they really like where they work. The hospital administer even dropped by to chat. A gentleman, with a nice family who is so pleased to be in McCall and at St. Luke's. They are in the middle of planning a new building. I hope all goes well and people support this plan. We need a great hospital in our area! (Great after care, too. Excellent home health PT - Bill, Cindy, Summer!!!! Bill Stahlberg orthopedic P.A. at Dr. Levine's office is incredible. Jody in the office is a gem!)
Overall - A+
Kidney Stones... Dr. Mo and Nurse Carol saved my life! The pain was was... well the worst pain I have ever felt. I have had 6 surgeries and never took any post surgical medication! My wife tells me that I'm a baby around cold and flu season but surgeries...well I'm a stud. lol Not on July 3 2017. WOW. I was in labor for about 3 hours.
The other staff members helped me as well however I did not get their names. God Bless you all and your families. Thanks jri
