I love the staff at this hospital! They take very good care of there patients and are very respectful! I never knew how nice hospital staff could be until my grandpa was sick and needed medical attention. Thank you St Mary! Me and my family appreciate your staff and how much you care about your patients! Also the food court sucks!! And closes super early! Besides that this is the place is awesome!

A complete lack of know-how, drug pushing to the point I watched someone so "out of it" they couldn't even remember being given anything. COUNTLESS HOURS WAITING.... Chop shop.

Huge s/o to St. Mary’s Livonia. I had the worst pain from kidney stones and they took impeccable care of you. Thank you to all of the nurses and doctors who made sure I was comfortable. Also, thank you for getting me back for surgery quickly.

I went to St Mary Mercy hospital emergency room in Livonia last night and I am completely disturbed by the treatment I received from the Ultrasound Tech at the department. I had never been to this hospital and was skeptical about what type of treatment I would receive here and I am currently suffering from the results. She did the stomach ultrasound and I did not see her wash her hands or wear gloves prior to the procedure but I did not think much of this because she was only touching my stomach. She coughed but not in the hand she was using on me. She still did not have on gloves until she placed the instrument inside me. It's no telling what she put on it or what germs are on it because she started operating the instrument before I got back from the restroom. I feel humiliated and cornered. I wanted to say something but I was intimated and afraid and under the influence of pain medicine. I thought I was supposed to be treated fairly and with the upmost hygiene practices and that was not the case. I feel disgusted and I should have spoken up for myself or started recording on my phone but I didn't. I feel horrible and violated. My body was not respected and I feel that is was racially charged. Everyone else I encountered at the hospital was respectful.
