I had an emergency with an absessed tooth and was told to go find a dentist. I told them no dentist will help me here in Tracy because i only have Medicare. They didn't care about how much pain I was in. I'm still searching for help

So I took my son to be seen because he busted his chin. Spent 3 hours in the waiting area. Spent over an hour waiting for the nurse to come by and do her job. after an hour had passed, the doctor had stopped by to check on my son and when she realized the nurse hadn't done anything, she says, "I'm just going to do it myself." The nurse did stop by for less than 10 seconds to go find somebody else to come clean up his wound but never returned. What kind of nurse is this?!!???!!??!!?? Definitely don't come to this hospital.

They should not carry the name "Sutter Health" because this hospital is a disgrace for that establishment. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to wait over four hours to be seen by a doctor who spends a maximum of ten minutes diagnosing the patient. That is absolutely appalling. The people who work in the admitting department lack compassion. There needs to be a serious overhaul of the internal operations in this hospital.

Racist and Slow and they just don’t care My son is 2 years old with gash on face and bleeding and we been waiting in the waiting room for over an hour! Don’t ever go here!

Best place to deliver a baby. OB nurses are beyond comforting, supportive and friendly. They really made me feel like family. So glad I was able to deliver here. Such a difference from my first experience with my first child at a different hospital. They made sure my baby and I were getting all the help needed with breastfeeding especially since it was very important to me. Every single nurse that I met had taught me something new. If I ever have another baby I will definitely deliver here!
