I was very happy with the actual care from the PA’s and nurses. However, I am extremely disappointed in the time it took to receive lab results. I have had the same labs done in other hospitals and received results within hours. These same labs and tests took over a week to receive at this hospital. When needing labs in the future, I will gladly drive a couple of hours in order to receive results in an acceptable time frame.

Very fast and very friendly! I was in and out in under an hour. I was visiting from out of town, with plans to camp for the next two days the pharmacy in town would be open. They were able to give me enough medication there so I didn’t have to delay my trip.

I had some serious pain in my neck and vision issues. Turns out the professionals put me in the ER and did a cat scan and some other things. Staff was great and especially Dr. Prissel. I’ve never had a doctor take that proper time to go over exactly what’s happening as well as she did! Thank you

My 16 month old daughter had a bad cold. I took her to cache clinic in driggs. She was diagnosed with RSV. We took her to the Teton hospital. She certainly did have RSV . The nurses were kind. They told us that if we needed anything. I didn't realize they were talking about getting breathing treatments, meds and to come use the super suction for her nose. I felt like I had to request for my daughters care. It was disappointing.

Great staff and terrific medical care. We had to make two different trips to ER during a family reunion but with their care we were still able to enjoy the remaining days. Thank you
