I had a total ankle replacement by Dr. Noack at this facility. Not only was Dr. Noack and his team fantastic, but I was treated like royalty the entire time. I had to spend three days post op and everyone was wonderful - nurses, technicians, doctors, and other staff were top notch. Amazingly, the food was fantastic. I would recommend this facility to my closest relative.

The billing department is inept. My daughter had surgery on 6/24/16 and TX Institute of Surgery asked for a $2300 payment, then billed my insurance listing me (her father) as the patient which my health insurer denied. I had to call TX Inst. multiple times to correct that issue, then health insurance denied the claim because it was so old. after repeated calls TX Institute said they would fix it and re-file. It is now 6 months past the surgery and they still have not fixed the problem. Once done correctly, I would get a refund of the $2,300, maybe that is the reason the keep delaying. Always ask for an EOB (Explanation of Benefits) before paying this place a dime.
