feedback about Texas Spine and Joint Hospital
Excellent place for my neck surgery. Wonderful Dr. Micheal Russell did mine. But also excellent staff. And very clean and two people who really stood out with me was Jerry in recovery room after surgery and my nurse in final room Sonya....thanks again for every one making this a friendly and welcome hospital stay..
The pre op, and surgical team were great, especially Dr Gordon, the aftercare team after waking up,..not so good. Finally after suffering 4 hrs, a nice Rn named Misty stepped in and took over. She immediately got pain under control. The biggest shocker, which almost made me laugh, was when being discharged , the aide that was going to wheel me out, handed me the food tray and said, can you carry this, so I don’t have to come back after it. 5 stars for the surgery team and especially Dr Gordon, and 5 stars for Rn named Misty(wish I would have gotten her last name) but the first nurse and the aids, were terrible
Youlee- spelling is how her name is pronounce! Was so great on the phone! She's in radiology! She went way beyond in trying to help me!
I had neck surgery with Dr. Gordon . Surgery went well , everyone was very nice and helpful. Everything was kept clean . Food was good . I'm so happy I decided to use Dr . Gordon and this Hospital !!!
I am preparing to go back for another procedure. Once again, I am so impressed with the minimal wait times, the courtesy/efficiency of the staff, and the the cleanliness of the facility. I have complete faith in Dr. Gordon's skilled hands. We said a prayer together prior to my last procedure and I am sure we will again. He wrote a book that is so encouraging to read while on the mend. I can't say I have enjoyed living with chronic back pain. I can say it is much easier to tolerate when being around such a professional staff. Also 5 stars to Precision Spine Care in Tyler and in Texarkana.
