Texas Spine and Joint Hospital

I took my mom for a procedure today. Check in staff was nice. Check in nurse was really caring and nice. My mom said bigger, bald male nurse in the back was a smart mouth and very insensitive to her concern about the medicine. She didn’t want to feel pain from the procedure. The bigger woman nurse in the back was also being a smart mouth to her doctor as Baylor Scott & Whites records were not correct on previous procedures. I thought being a nurse entailed being empathetic, caring and attentive to patients being sick, apparently not here. Maybe Baylor Scott & White needs to do more empathy training for these individuals or to let them go, so they can find a job that they truly want to go to every day. Shame on both of you today and your behavior to a poor elderly woman in pain and also to her doctor!

Two years ago Dr. Gordon did surgery on my lower back. Dr.Gordon did an excellent job and I was pain free for two years. The staff is kind and friendly and helpful. This was a great experience for a hospital. I am now going back to surgery soon and Dr.Muns will be the surgeon. I'm confident he will do a great job. Thank you all

The hospital was clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly and professional. My surgery went great! Dr. Muns and the surgical staff were amazing. The nursing staff were fantastic and provided wonderful care. I have no negative comments or complaints.
