Valerie in Radiology was so helpful and understanding. She took time to listen to me and handled my situation so quickly. I always have a positive experience at Three Rivers.

Our experience was positive. But like anything else, not all visits to all places are perfect. It's too bad the lady from out of state had such a devastating situation, it can color her view permanently. We hear horror stories from most places, where time and circumstances are just wrong, but not always an overall indicator of the usual treatment. Please don't judge a bad experience, based on the exception. Lesson - when there are two persons it involves two or more possible outcomes. Try to make your part the peacemaker.

they didn’t even know what was wrong with me and sent me home feeling the same way I came in, but told me my white blood count was 19

Not as updated as places like King's Daughter's, but for a small town hospital, I guess it does what it needs to.
