I was admitted for pneumonia and given the best possible care for four days. Every need was addressed in a timely manner. All the nurses were considerate and caring. My doctor was thoughtful and diligent, noting even the smallest discrepancy in lab tests, then providing a solution. He was positive and enthusiastic about every outcome. Management visited my room daily to evaluate my care. Staff shift changes were done in my room so I could hear the reports from one nurse to the other and make whatever comments I felt were necessary. The hospital food was quite good with a varied menu, and always prompt and available to order 12 hours a day. Thank you to all the staff!

Made an appointment for daughter with Dr. Kaba for tonsils. Waited multiple weeks. Drove 3 hrs. for appointment. Told in lobby that doctor had family emergency. Cancelled all future appointments. Absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate. No phone call.

We had a very positive experience. They took such good care of my brother he wants to stay. I am very impressed with the level of care. My brother has been in hospitals across the country. So far he likes this one.

This place absolutely will not work with you for financial assistance and they charge about three times the price of the same work in Portland. If you can then go somewhere else.

I was in the Tillamook ER on Septemberi 19th 2019. At the time i was 8 weeks 3 days pregnant. I had been sick and seen the Health Department learning the news of my pregnancy and a basic UTI possibly the cause of my vomiting for the pervious week. As this was established on the 15th i was perscribed antibiotics and an anti nausea med. 3 days later i was still unable to keep any liquid in my system for a substantial amnt of time this being the 18th and a sunday i waited untill the health department opened and called not wanting the unnecessary trip to the E.R as i spoke to the nurse her concern for my dehydration and that my UTI was resistant to the antibiotics recommened that i go to the ER. Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovley efficient woman. Buty visit was down hill from there after 3 hrs of waiting to be seen, i was seen by a rude nurse, who in the mid morning was obviously at the end of her shift and customer service or compassion rope. The doctor then came in preformed an ultrasound, the proceeded to tell me to quit trying to take my antibiotics that my obgyn apt. in a week was a fine follow up apt, and proceeded to the perscribe me an anti neasuea that could npt be found in tillamook county from north to south no where with out ordering and my insurance would not cover, the hospital it's self did not even have it available. No fluids, no diffrent antibiotics no suggestion for a follow up. The not so nice nurse then came back with the exact perscription of anti neasuea that had not worked in the previous 4 days, argued with me upon my refusal to take the same thing I had sitting in my purse 3 feet away. So to end this they gave me a shot of finagren in the rear and sent me home. 1 1/2hrs later still vomiting i called the health dpt back. Told them my sob story. They got me in within 2 hrs. A shot of antibiotics again in the rear and a follow up appointment in 3 days. Within 24 hrs of the shot Of antibiotics my vomiting had stopped. To be not so short I fear this hospital could have cost me my pregnancy. and you can bet your bottom I'll be going to anywhere else but there as long as i can avoid it.
