I had both of my hip surgeries done there, and I received no less than excellent service across the board, from dietary all the way to the wonderful nursing staff.

Kar Mitchell

Absolutely great hospital, excellent knowledgable nurses and CNA’. Post op care was amazing and because of this I was able to be discharged on day 2.

Experience with the care wasn’t so bad but the charges were horrendous. I’m a self pay and the cost for going to ER for an upper respiratory issue was over $1600! $962 was the charge just for sitting in the room and during my time there I didn’t even see a doctor. Of courses you aren’t told up front what the base charges are going to be, instead you receive your surprise bill about a month later. Charges are about 3x’s the normal rate. I asked for my bill to be reduced to at least the amount insurance would pay them and was told they couldn’t do that. Best they could do was offer me a no interest payment plan. If you are self pay and can make it somewhere else it would be to your benefit, cost wise, to seek help elsewhere.

What it is like, As a Registered Nurse!

Outstanding staff all around!! Dr Wright and nurses Scott and Jake were knowledgeable, caring and very compassionate!!

I would give lower than 1 star if possible. Dr Jones is pompous, arrogant, not willing to listen to patient. Horrible experience with this physician.
