As a healthcare administrator for over 20 years I must give them a 5. All staff were courteous, helpful, and kind. My fathers stay ended with no problems. Any concerns were brought to the right staff member and the follow up was great. Gail his nurse was fantastic as were the other nurses and assistants on his unit. His Social Worker Danielle, was great on the discharge planning. Honestly could not have had a better stay. Thank You Trustpoint!

In my experience, there is no better inpatient rehab hospital to be found. From the excellent nursing staff to the fabulous physical and occupational therapists, there was never any doubt that my recuperation was their goal. Thanks for being a bright spot during my dark spell!

Very good nurses & nurse aides. Especially Constance. Melissa, Jessica, & Andrew, were especially super. In general except one nurse we’re all good to me. I thank God for the privilege of getting to meet everyone. Housekeeping was good, & diatery were good also.

Went in more than apprehensive but the people were friendly and helpful in every way. The therapist I had was amazing and very knowledgeable. All in all a great place to rehab.
