We showed up to ARH @ 9 pm and didn’t get a room until midnight! We proceed to the room and it’s 4:08 am and the patient hasn’t been checked by any doctors instead they’re out laughing and sounding like they’re partying. ARH used to be the best but now they’re the worst.

I wouldn't even put a 1 but since you cant write anything without putting at least one star on here then here goes. Just because of someone's age doesn't mean that your health problems should be made fun of or whatever. It was the worst er visit I have had since I have been to the er. The staff at the er was rude, and make you feel like you are "STUPID". I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. I think that all health problems or complications should be looked at no matter what your age is. I WILL "NOT" BE BACK that's for sure.

I went to an appointment and was told my insurance was inactive. This was right after I got bloodwork done. I left and called my insurance which in turn called the clinic. The insurance provider said everything was active and not sure why they told me that. When the agent tried to call the Dr's.office secretary several times, they couldn't reach anyone which is the same problem I have. So, half a day wasted and I had to make another appointment. I'm also tired of the snide remarks I sometimes get from the secretary at this particular office. If you hate your job that much, don't impede the process. Just quit. They also have discriminatory hiring practices,. They will hire friends and family before taking note of external applicants. Another local business that is in the "good ol' boy" network.
