Quality care is lacking, seeing patients in a timely manner isn’t going to happen. Workers here seem to just walk around, on there phones or communicating with other staff while patients just sit and wait for hours on end. Good luck asking for specialty or any referrals, very seldom happens. Another issue is they will cancel appts last minute, so not only is that inconvenient but you miss a days work, cost of fuel and time. The CEO and higher up only seem interested in collecting their bonuses than helping the people. Let’s not forget the numerous money wasted on miscellaneous staff cups, furniture and trinkets that is useless.
Prisoners get better and adequate care than this place and is far worst than the VA
I was in a car accident. Unfortunately my primary care, PA Hernandez, did nothing more than tell me I would have to just deal with the pain and do physical therapy even though she never never once physically put her hands on me to see where and why I was hurting so badly. Come to find out I had herniated discs from C3 to T2.....but her care would of kept me suffering. Finally a month later I was able to get in to a DO thru the clinic who listened and took me seriously!! PA Hernandez is Ridiculous! When trying to get into PT there is a month wait. This is ridiculous.
Been going here for 40 years it just keeps getting better every year
I told the lawton Indian hospital I was ready to blown my brains out because I'm sick of them dragging their feet on my neck, shoulder, and back injuries.... they said they would call me right back! This is the 3rd day I've been waiting on a call back..... and this is why natives have the highest suicide rates in America....
I really don't like giving bad reviews but this place is so unbelievable. I'm surprised this hospital is still up and running. We've been SOLD OUT to the Thi'vah.
