Was here with my Dad. The Docs and nurses are great. He is the healthiest he has been in a year after being in
and out of two other hospitals. Most of the other staff great. 98 % were great. 2 % need some work. Unfortunately the small canteen was dirty. I think the VA gets a bad rap sometimes. The service by 98% of staff was great. Doc, nurses, CNA, medical staff and most of the maintenance staff was great. Thanks

i can not say enough about the Fisher house.

Thank you

Just like many other reviews trying to get anything at all done over the phone is a joke! They won't answer the phone, return calls or in my case tell me the doctor will contact me a week later. (Never called me back of course) Finally talk to my nurse and she says Dr. is going on vacation we can try to fit you in a few months from now! Unreal! Lodging a formal complaint as this was a follow up visit that never happened, not to mention what a joke my initial appointment was, the free clinic down the street might be a better way to go after what this hell hole will put you through! This place is a disgrace! Google this place they received a 2 star rating out of five- only VA medical centers like the one in Arizona are lower with a 1 star rating! (Patients died while on waiting list)

I have used Malcom Randall since 2006 and have always had great treatment. I have been admitted 6 times and all I have is praise for the Doctors and Nurses. My primary doc Nguyen and Nurse Robin are the greatest. I also use secure message in lieu of telephone. and always get my concerned taking care of. The nurses on the floors that take care of you have a lot of patients because I have seen some veterans being rude. to them, They are friendly and have smiles on there faces . The only people I have seen without a friendly smile are the food delivery people that bring trays to your room. I asked them to smile when they come to my room and they did, makes the food more enjoyable.

Im sick and tired of being treated like second class in this place. I got a new primary care Dr because my old one quit. New Dr, Dr Ward has to be the worst Dr i have ever seen. She told me that she had over 900 patients and she was in a hurry. It was my anual visit, she may have spent 5 minutes with me. I took paper work with me from a Nero surgeon and she basically threw it back to me, never reading it. I did report her and i will be getting a new PCP. im so glad President Trump sighned into Law the Veterans Choice Program. I will be using it all i can to stay out of GVA.

The dr are great. But the er is terrible. Waited 9 hours in waiting room after coming by ambulance. The intake that came in later was rude and acted like everyone was a bother to her.

Went to the er again. Waited 8 hours. Walked out went to shands. Was there a total of two and half hours. Three broken ribs and a torn muscle. Not understanding what the er's problem is at va.
