I’m a combat retired Army Ranger who has been treated at VAs around South Ga and the whole of Florida.
The VA here at Malcom Randall is the best around and the care I receive here, although not perfect, is the best overall medical care I’ve experienced.
I am extremely grateful for the VA and the men and women who dedicate their lives to those who have served.
My husband had triple bypass surgery at Malcom Randall. We requested DR. Manning do the surgery. From the surgical team to the ICU to the inpatient ward my husband got excellent care. Could not have had a better surgeon anywhere. Also after several horrible experiences with outside orthopedic doctors i requested to get a consult for joint injections at Malcom Randall the wait was months but i got the care i needed on my first visit for epicondylitis and im now pain free. There is good and bad no matter where you go but overall so far I like the care my husband and I receive at Malcom Randall.
Was here with my Dad. The Docs and nurses are great. He is the healthiest he has been in a year after being in
and out of two other hospitals. Most of the other staff great. 98 % were great. 2 % need some work. Unfortunately the small canteen was dirty. I think the VA gets a bad rap sometimes. The service by 98% of staff was great. Doc, nurses, CNA, medical staff and most of the maintenance staff was great. Thanks
i can not say enough about the Fisher house.
I have used Malcom Randall since 2006 and have always had great treatment. I have been admitted 6 times and all I have is praise for the Doctors and Nurses. My primary doc Nguyen and Nurse Robin are the greatest. I also use secure message in lieu of telephone. and always get my concerned taking care of. The nurses on the floors that take care of you have a lot of patients because I have seen some veterans being rude. to them, They are friendly and have smiles on there faces . The only people I have seen without a friendly smile are the food delivery people that bring trays to your room. I asked them to smile when they come to my room and they did, makes the food more enjoyable.
Great care partners with UF with many services.
