Absolutely the best medical providers around. I myself and children and family see both Polly and Crystal. We are more than happy with the service that is provided as well as their bedside manners. Very accommodating and always happy faces.

I really loved this clinic and Kristal has been a really great doctor to me. I gave all my medical to Kristal and told her all of the doctors I was seeing due to I have many medical complications and problems from Melanoma Cancer, Tremors, and Degenerative Arthritis. I have to to have several surgeries as well. I also explained as well that for these conditions I have several doctor specialists I see for these conditions I am required to see. Every year I have to have the doctors office that I go to the call my insurance and renew/extend my referral that I have for each one per my insurance plan. I was told I could bring in my doctors names and that they would take care of it for me. I did get my doctors names there and was told it would be done. I got a call later and I had to call them back and I was informed that they could not take care of my referrals until they saw me for a visit and re-evaluated me and made a rediagnosis themselves to see if I needed these referrals. The bias thing is that when I also called back. The lady on the phone behind the desk was very rude to me, argued with me, and proceeded to tell me that “Obviously you’ve never worked in a doctors office before and you don’t know the office policies.” I asked to speak with the office manager. Kristal was not there, but the other female doctor got on the phone and was even more rude to me and she took up for the lady that was prior my rude to me and all they wanted to do was argue. I have never been treated that way at any doctors office in my life.

The best care I have had in so long. This clinic has their business together. They all communicate, genuinely care about their patients, and the care they provide. It’s been a long time since I have established a PCP because my doctor passed away. I feel like I am picking up care where I left of with Dr. Polk. Krystal has great bedside manner, she listens, and is on top of modern medicine. I went back for a follow up apt and it was as if she had known me for years. She remembered or took the time to look at my history and knew it. Absolutely awesome care!! Very please!!

My dermatologist in Gainesville Texas recommended Valley View family medicine, and I am so happy that she did! It’s hard to find a good family doctor that does not make you wait. Everyone is very professional and super sweet. Thank you all so much!

I absolutely Love Krystal Bewley she listens and cares about your health care needs. The staff has also been amazing they have been very nice and helpful every time I have been into the clinic.
