feedback about Walla Walla Va Medical Center
I've been receiving healthcare at this VA for 6 years. This is a friends and family VA. If you don't advocate for yourself or know someone at THIS VA, they WILL let you fall through the cracks. All the good doctors leave mental health. Womens mental health needs are not met at this VA. The Mental health manager Bobi Goodson really needs to go. The Mental Health Department is toxic. The RRU at Walla Walla VA Medical Center, needs to be better managed. The Veterans patients safety outside the RRU has been ignored. Over the last years 2016- a culture of abuse has begun. Veterans who are former patients of this facilities should not be allowed to use this facility as a dating program. Stop this! A group of veterans requested for this to be stopped for obvious safety reasons. These vulnerable Veterans in a secured (?) medical facility. It was ignored. Bobi Goodson has knowledge of this.
I had the finest mental health care and rehab that I could have asked for. Old historic buildings, easy to get around to all aspects of treatment. Recreational opportunities are great! Will always be my quiet and peaceful place. (OooRah)
I have had nothing but the best care from the doctors and nurses at the Walla Walla VA. They are top notch.
I'm not a VET. I'm a private citizen who has many friends who have served. The care and effort to reward their sacrifices by this great facility amazes me on a daily basis. I know many of the staff personally and can say that there is true compassion here. I believe the citizens of our city are blessed to have these brave soldiers among us. Keep up the good work Walla Walla VA!
I was seen there for the first time yesterday. My first VA visit in 18+ years.
My how VA has changed.
I've nothing but praise for the people working here.
Blood work was quick and the woman doing it was extremely pleasant.
Had 9:00 doc apt and was called about 5 minutes afterwards.
Everyone was kind, attentive, and caring. Someone named Brenda was especially so. I was shocked at how much time and attention I was given.
This is a first rate facility!
Very well done, and a big thank you to the staff.
