We have used this hospital for blood tests, ct scans, physical therapy and other general tests. Our mother also lived in the extended wing and we see the doctors in the clinic. We have always been treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness. This hospital is an asset to our community. Keep up the great work.

I'm seriously sick of dealing with Washington county hospital's reception or scheduling people. I made this appointment for 9:30 and repeated the time twice and i come in and they tell me it was at 9 and i can't be seen now. Most of the time when i call to make appointments i get hung up on and they're rude.

lab rep was rude every time I went- and the last time she didn’t even let me finish asking a question about the fax machine number before launching into me and yelling my busines to another person in the waiting room. Three calls to the Admin and no call back

I had a bad experience as well. My PCP doesn't know how to be compassionate and handle emotional situations. She rather scold and threaten to walk out right in front of you if the patient doesn't calm down with her emotional distress. When in fact the staff is so close knit their is no privacy rights to the patient. In still waiting for results that I have yet to receive. Maybe because of the incident she just abandons he patient all together.

I must admit that my from my personal experience for my own health issue, I had not been not a fan, but my mother in law was rushed to WCH ast Friday morning due to respitory failure. I was so very concerned that she needed to be taken to another hospital, but the attending ER Dr. Marshall and his team of nurses, saved her life! She woke us up at 1AM to alert us that she could not breathe, she had exhausted all oxygen and went into respitory failure by the time the ambulance arrived, but with the help of the Okawville police and blue light bandits, she was taken to WCH where Dr. Marshall and his team worked on her for 4.5 hours, manually breathing for her and keeping her alive until they could transfer her by helicopter to an open critical care bed at a hospital more equipped to handle the crisis. Afterwards the EMT told my husband and I that he was very concerned she was not going not make it. Thank you WCH, Dr. Marshall and especially to the three nurses, who took turns manually breathing for her with the air bag for those long 4.5 hours - your efforts and diligence saved her life!
